Gate Admission Policy
- No Refunds
- No Firearms or dangerous weapons are allowed on the fairgrounds except as permitted under Idaho State Law
- No Animals, except for service animals defined by the Americans with disabilities Act (ADA), are permitted on the fairgrounds, and they will be removed immediately.
- No Smoking or Vaping except in two designated smoking areas:
- 1) Pari-mutuel Betting area and Beer Garden
- 2) N. Beer Garden.
- Individuals smoking outside the designated areas may be trespassed.
- No Bikes, skateboards, rollerblades or motorized vehicles unless permitted by Fair Management.
- No outside Alcohol permitted.
- No outside sales or solicitation allowed without prior approval of Fair Management.
- Fair security may search backpacks and containers.
