Gate Admission Policy
- No Refunds
- No Firearms or dangerous weapons permitted on the fairgrounds unless permitted under Idaho State Law
- No Dogs permitted on the fairgrounds except for competitors in the Stock Dog Competition on opening Saturday. All other dogs, excluding those designated as Service Dogs, will be asked to immediately remove them
- No Smoking or Vaping except in two designated smoking areas: 1) Pari-mutuel Betting area and Beer Garden, 2) N. Beer Garden. Security can trespass individuals who choose not to smoke in designated areas
- No Bikes, skateboards, rollerblades or motorized vehicles unless permitted by Fair Manager
- No Alcohol can be brought onto the fairgrounds
- Backpacks and containers may be searched by Security
